Registration and Cancellation Policies
Advance Registration Deadlines
To receive the early discounted registration fee, and to ensure inclusion in the advance PTDA registration list, your registration form and payment must be received no later than January 31.
Refund Policies
Delegate and Spouse/Companion Registration
Written cancellations received by February 15 will be refunded and processed in full by March 15. Due to PTDA’s contractual obligations with its vendors, no refunds can be issued for cancellations received on or after February 15.
Private Meetings and Entertainment Policy
PTDA reminds all members that hosting organized group business meetings or luncheons, hospitality suites, private events or other social events (either on-site or off-site) are not permitted during officially scheduled PTDA or PTDA Foundation functions. Please see the Schedule of Events.
Publicity Photo and Video Acknowledgement
PTDA uses photographs and video of participants at the Industry to promote the Association and its programs, publications and services. Please be aware this media is for PTDA use only and may be used in the Association’s publications and website. If you do not wish to be photographed or appear on video, please email PTDA.
Attire
Business casual attire is appropriate for all Industry Immersion activities.
