A block of rooms has set aside for Industry Summit participants for $289 single/double per night for a Classic room, $319 single/double for a Superior Room and $339 single/double for a Premier room. PTDA has also a negotiated discounted daily resort service charge of $39 which includes amenities such as*:
- Wired and wireless high-speed internet access up to 20MB
- Online access to over 7,000 newspapers and magazines
- Unlimited access to Fitness Center plus two daily group fitness classes: Early Bird Aquatics and Yoga
- Two complimentary in-room reusable water bottles. Accessible water fill stations are located throughout the property.
- Resort and activity shuttle service to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center, The Broadmoor World Arena and The Broadmoor Seven Falls
- Admission to movies and select matiness in The Broadmoor’s “Little Theatre”
- A variety of sport and recreational sessions.

Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis through September 25 or until the block is filled. After September 25, the hotel will release any unsold rooms in the PTDA block and reservations will be taken on a space-available basis. The group rate is offered three days before or after the conference subject to availability. Please only use the link provided above as our hotel contract ensures PTDA's rates are the lowest available on any public website.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All individual reservations must be guaranteed with one night room and tax by credit card at the time of booking. In order to prevent a cancellation or change fee of one night room rate, cancellation or reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
PTDA cannot guarantee guest room availability. PTDA also reserves the right to adjust the room rate for guests not registered for the PTDA Industry Summit to the hotel’s rack rate.
