Once I sign up for a company license how do I assign learners?
Once you have purchased a company license, you (or your designated company license admin) will receive an email to join your private company "team." Once logged in, you can use the admin dashboard to access the modules, view progress reports and assign learners. Once assigned, each learner will have 365 days from the date they were added to the team to complete the modules (even if that period extends beyond the company license term). Instructions for both the admin and learner will be provided. Learners will not have access to the modules until payment is received.
Do I have to renew my company group license every year?
Yes. The group license will expire one year from the date of purchase unless renewed. Any unused 'seats' will expire at that time. You will receive email reminders beginning 6 months from when your group license expiration is approaching. If, during your license cycle, you have filled all of your purchased seats, and have additional learners, you may upgrade to the next group tier.
What other purchase options are available?
Any individual (should also be the learner) can purchase single modules or the entire set (of 17 modules). Regardless of what purchase option you select, access to all courses will expire one year from the date you begin the module. Companies wishing to enroll multiple users on their behalf will be best served by purchasing a company group license.
